Ignition Key Controlled Dome Light
- If dome light control has been installed, every time you
stop the engine (Ignition Key Off), the dome light in your
vehicle will illuminate.
- When you disarm your security system the dome light will
illuminate. When you enter the vehicle and turn On the
ignition key, the dome light will go out.
Note:
Since this system mimics some factory installed
dome light systems in many vehicle brands, the
operation may not be noticed.
Anti-Hijacking System (AHS)
The Optional AHS feature is designed to aide in the return of
your vehicle due to a Carjack attempt. The AHS cannot prevent a
Carjacking attempt by an unauthorized user but it will eventually
disable the vehicle so it can safely be recovered by local authorities.
When properly installed, the AHS will prevent your vehicle from
running once the engine is stopped. Door entry, starter and ignition
triggers stay active after vehicle abduction even if the vehicle bat-
tery is disconnected and re-connected.
