2.4.
Connection – factory monitor
Disconnect the female 4pin HSD connector of the vehicle harness from the rear-side of the
factory monitor and connect it to the male 4pin HSD connector

of the video
interface.
Connect the not-angled female 4pin HSD connector of the enclosed picture signal cable to
the video interfaces’ HSD+2 connector
TO LCD

Connect the angled female 4pin HSD connector of the 4pin HSD picture signal cable to the male 4pin
HSD connector of the factory monitor
Connect the 10pin Power/CAN cable’s female 10pin connector to the 10pin connector of the
video interface.
Disconnect the female 12-Pin AMP locking connector of the vehicle harness from the rear of
the factory monitor and connect it to the male 12-Pin AMP connector of the 10pin
Power/CAN cable.
Connect the 10pin Power/CAN cable’s female 12pin AMP locking connector to the previously
become free 12pin AMP connector of the monitor.
