How to Get Service
To obtain warranty service for your Carado, call toll free 7 days a week 844-496-3735. Our customer care specialist can help answer questions
regarding our products and services, provide information about warranty coverage and maintenance issues, help you arrange for service under other
manufacturer warranties, and locate a Carado authorized dealers and service centers in your area. To find a current list of Carado authorized dealers
and service centers on-line, go to http://caradorv.com/dealer-locator/. When you call, please have the following information available so that we
may expedite your service:

Your Dodge Ram Promaster® VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
•
First retail owner’s date of purchase
•
The current actual mileage
NO WARRANTY CLAIM WILL BE PROCESSED OR PAID WITHOUT PROOF OF ACTUAL MILEAGE AND FIRST RETAIL OWNER’S DATE OF
PURCHASE.
Roadside Assistance Plan
You are enrolled in a 24/7 roadside assistance plan for the first 2 years of the limited warranty upon registration of your Dodge Ram Promaster®
Carado. If your motorhome is disabled because of any nonconformity covered by this limited warranty or in certain other situations, our roadside
assistance provider will assist by providing the following services: towing, mobile mechanic (where available), fuel delivery, tire change, battery
jumpstart, lockout service and emergency fluids. To obtain roadside assistance, call 877-844-7309.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE IS ONLY AVALIABLE TO THE FIRST RETAIL OWNER AND IS NON-TRANSFERRABLE
TO ANY SUBSEQUENT OWNERS.
Arbitration Provision
Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this limited warranty, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the
Canadian Arbitration Association in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The determination of the
arbitrator(s) shall be in writing and shall include an explanation of the basis for the determination. The determination of the arbitrator(s) shall be final
and binding and judgment upon such determination may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
