1.3.3.
Slackening the harness (fig. 14)
The harness is slackened by pressing the lever (K) (under the seat cover) on the front
of the seat. Press down on the label marked“Press” as you grip the two shoulder straps
with your other hand. Pull the shoulder straps towards you to loosen the harness.
Take care when you adjust the shoulder straps that you do not trap the harness adjuster
straps as you press the lever down.
1.3.4. Tightening the harness (fig. 15)
Pull the shoulder straps upwards to remove the slack from the lap sections of the harness
then pull the adjuster strap (H) until the harness is fully tightened.
The harness should be adjusted as tightly as possible without causing discomfort to
your child. Ensure that the lap strap portion of the harness is located as low as possible
towards the thighs-not around the tummy.
A loose harness can be dangerous. Check the harness adjustment and tighten each
time the child is placed in the seat.
Attention:
It is recommended to check the belt position very regularly and to adjust it to
the size of your growing child. The belts must lie firmly against the child‘s body and must
not be twisted.
1.3.5. Adjusting the headrest to the child‘s size (fig. 6)
In order to adjust the height of the head rest to your child‘s size push the seat down on
the vehicles seat to keep it there.
1.
Put your hand on the headrest.
2.
With the other hand de-block the head rest de-block lever (L) by pulling it
backwards. The red button is on the back of the head rest.
Attention:

(fig.1a).
Don‘t leave your child unattended in the seat!
1.3.2. Height adjustment of the shoulder belts (fig.3, 4, 5)
Height adjustment of the shoulder belts (D):
Release the belt ends from the belt anchorage (U) at the back of the seat Slide one of
the harness straps off the belt anchorage (U).
Then from the front of the seat, pull it through the slot (I) in the seat’s backrest and
fabric cover. Thread the harness strap back through the next hole up or down on
the seat’s backrest.
