› Turn off the power, unplug the appliance, and remove all items including the shelves.
› Wash the inside surfaces with a warm water and baking soda solution. The solution should be
about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to 2 pints of water.
› Wash the shelves with a mild detergent solution.
› Wring excess water out of the sponge or cloth when cleaning the area of the controls, or any
electrical parts.
› Wash the outside cabinet with warm water and mild liquid detergent. Rinse well and wipe dry
with a clean soft cloth.
NOTE:
Please take care when cleaning the plinth grille as this may have sharp edges.
T E M P E R AT U R E R E C O L L E C T I O N F U N C T I O N
In the event of a power interruption, the wine cooler will recall the previous temperature settings
once the power is recovered.
T E M P E R AT U R E A L A R M
If the internal temperature is higher than 23°C, the display will show “HI” on the appropriate
zone, and the alarm will sound after one hour continuously.
If the internal temperature is lower than 0°C, the display will show “LO” on the appropriate zone,
and the alarm will sound. The malfunction indicator light will also be on at the same time to warn
the consumer.
Check the troubleshooting section to see why the temperature could be fluctuating, and if
necessary, contact Caple service.
O P E N D O O R A L A R M
If you forget to close the door or the door is not closed completely, the alarm will sound after 5
minutes. Ensure the door is closed properly to avoid this alarm.
