M10 Nylon Nut (66).

Install Pulley NO.18 (30) to two Pulley Patches (16), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (56), two M10 Washers (63) and one M10
Nylon Nut (66).

Install Pulley NO.19 (30) to the Rear Base Frame (3), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (56), two M10 Washers (63) and one
M10 Nylon Nut (66).

Install Pulley NO.20 (30) to the Bending Column (8), using one M10X40mm Hex Bolt (56), two M10 Washers (63) and one M10
Nylon Nut (66).

Run the other end of the Lower Cable (33) through the Double Pulley Block (short) (14).

Install Pulley NO.21&22 (30) to the Double Pulley Block (short) (14), using two M10X40mm Hex Bolts (56), four M10 Washers
(63) and two M10 Nylon Nuts (66).
K Attach the Cable U (18) to the ball end of Lower Cable (33).
L Assembly the other Lower Cable (33) with same method.

Attach two Strap Handle (long) (41) to the Cable U (18), using two M10X35mm Hex Bolts (57), four M10 Washers (63), two
M10 Nylon Nuts (66) and two Pothooks (37).
N
Attach one Ankle Strap (36) to the Lower Cable U (18), using one M10X35mm Hex Bolt (57), two M10 Washers (63) and one
M10 Nylon Nut (66) and one Pothook (37).
O Attach one M10X35mm Hex Bolt (57), two M10 Washers (63) and one M10 Nylon Nut (66) to the Lower Cable U (18).
