Steering Wheel
Tire, wheel

Rod, link, and
wires
• Drive forward and backward to
check operation, noise and over-
heating.
• Check oil level.
• Check oil condition.
• Check leaks in and around trans-
mission.
• Check that shif lever can be operat-
ed smoothly.
• Check base of lever for looseness
or excessive play.
• Operate drive lever while driving
machine.
• Check base of lever for looseness
or excessive play.
• Drive vehicle and turn steering
wheel to the right and left.
• Check tire pressure and wear.
• Check tire and wheel for crack,
damage, and uneven wear.
• Check tire pattern for metal frag-
ments, stone, or other foreign
object.
• Check that wheel bolt is not loose
or missing.
• Check wheel bearing for looseness,
irregular noise or overheating.
• Drive vehicle and operate brake
pedal to see how it works.
• Check brake pedal play.
• Check rod, link or wire for damage
and looseness.
• Operate brake repeatedly and check
looseness, excessive play or miss-
ing cotter pin at joints.
Shall operate normally.
There shall not be any
irregular noise or over-
heating.
Oil shall be at proper
level.
Shall not be excessively
dirty.
There shall not be any
leak.
Can be shifted into each
position positively.
Lever shall not be loose,
and there shall not be an
excessive play.
Machine shall drive
according to the opera-
