Requires
Attach the upper bracket (B) onto the lower bracket (A).
Requires
Insert the corner connectors (D) into the four ends of the assembled brackets.
Requires
Attach the base tube (C) to the upper bracket (B) and lower
bracket (A), using M8x20 bolt (P) and flat washer (Q). Tighten
it using wrench (V).
Requires
Slide the lock panels (E) downward between the corner connectors (D).
NOTE: Do not
completely tighten.
