The robot stops cleaning but
the CLEAN button shines
blue.
The robot has been
raised.
Put the robot back on the
floor and restart.

The CLEAN button shines
blue when power is switched
on.
Cliff sensor fault.
Clean sensors.

The robot does not change
direction when it hits an
obstacle.
Bumper sensor fault.
Remove any foreign
objects that may have got
stuck in the bumper.

The robot beeps and the
indicator flashes red during
charging.
The power switch is not
in the ON position.
Put the power switch into
the ON position.

The indicator light shines
with a fixed red beam.
Dust holder full or suc-
tion opening blocked.
Empty the dust holder
and/or clean the suction
opening.

The indicator flashes red.
Low charge.
Fully charge the battery.

The robot suddenly stops
cleaning and the indicator
flashes blue.
Overloaded wheel or
side brush; bumper
sensor jammed.
Remove any objects that
have got stuck around
wheels or brushes; check
bumper function and then
restart the robot.
If the above measures do not help, restart the robot vacuum cleaner by switching the power
switch OFF and then ON. If this still does not help, contact a service workshop.
NB! UV light from the robot’s underside can damage your eyes and should only be emitted when
the machine is operating. If the emitter still shines when the robot is raised, immediately switch off
the machine and contact a service workshop.
Sunlight
For navigation during vacuum cleaning, the product uses IR sensors. Sunlight falling into the
room that is being cleaned can affect these sensors and impede the robot vacuum cleaner’s
navigation. Thus, if possible, limit the sunlight in the room.
