Preset 1-3
The device is able to store all settings made in the speaker menu and system menu, the volume, the selected input, etc. on 3 presets. To store, first set all
the settings and then press and hold the wanted Preset button until the Preset number is indicated in the Display and stops flashing. To recall the Preset
settings, shortly push the wanted Preset button.
Menu: Navigation and Structure
Most settings of the Soundbox 3 are included into the setting menu. This setting menu is controlled via the touch-sensitive buttons on the top of the spea-
ker, the button panel, or via an optional infrared remote control. The settings are displayed on the 3-digit display on the front of the speaker.
Operating at the device by using the touch keys
Below you find an overview how to navigate through the menu:
• To enter the menu, press and hold the input select key " " for at least 3 seconds.
• To navigate upwards or downwards in the menu, press the "+" or "-" button.
• To move to the next menu level, press the Play/Pause button " ".
• To change the value of a parameter, press the "+" or "–" button.
• To enter the previous menu level, press the input select key " ".
• To exit the menu:
a) Either press and hold the input select key " " until the selected input (e.g. NET) is displayed, or
b) wait for 30sec without pressing any button.
Operating a mobile device
The device most recently connected to the Soundbox 3 connects automatically when the Bluetooth® function is activated and the input for Bluetooth® has
been selected. In this case the message [CON] appears. Now you can start playing music from your (mobile) devices and the sound will
automatically be played back by the Soundbox 3.
Caution:
In factory setting the Soundbox 3 sends a permanent pairing request. To disable this function, switch the "Pairing Mode" [BTP]
function from automatic [AUT] to manual [MAN]. To connect another device, this function must be set to "automatic" again.
