Checking before Installation
Requirements for the installation place are given below. It is recommended to look over the place to be used for installation before
delivering the equipment to the user.
CAUTION:
• Install the host machine first and then install the Paper Deck.
• Do not carry the Paper Deck with the host machine is installed for prevention of breakage.
Checking the Installation Space
The minimum space shown in the figure is required for installation and maintenance.

Points to Note on Installation
Exercise following caution for installation.
1. Paper Deck weighs maximum 31 kg. When holding the Paper Deck at the installation, be sure to perform the work in
accordance with the standard to handle a heavy load in each country. In addition, be sure to keep the machine leveled when
lifting it.
2. When moving this equipment after having unpacked it, be careful by placing a plate, etc. on areas with steps to prevent the
casters from hitting those steps. If the casters hit a step, the casters or the base plate may be deformed.
Check Items When Turning OFF the Main Power
Check that the main power switch is OFF
1. Turn OFF the main power switch of the host machine.
2. Be sure that the control panel display and the main power lamp are both turned OFF and then disconnect the power plug.
