Removing the Main Controller
PCB
■ Before Replacing the Main
Controller PCB
The following setting values are recorded in the Main
Controller PCB. When the Main Controller PCB is replaced,
these setting values are all returned to the default unless they
are restored.
• User mode setting values
• Service mode setting values
These setting values can be restored by performing backup
by either of the following methods:
Refer to the Backup List for the details of items that are
backed up
• Restoration using the Expansion ROM for servicing and
the Sublog Board (recommended)
using the Expansion ROM for servicing and the Sublog
Board” on page 82
• SERVICE MODE > FUNCTION GR. > ECONF >
EXPORT
• SERVICE MODE > FUNCTION GR. > Import/Export
Set. > EXPORT
• Setup > User Maintenance > Import/Export Set. > Export

Import/Export > Export
CAUTION :
Perform backup immediately before replacing the Main
Controller.
