Closing the multi purpose tray

Remove any paper left in the multi purpose tray before closing the tray.

Keep the multi purpose tray closed when it is not being used.

Specify the width of the slide guides slightly wider than the 
paper width.

When loading transparencies or label sheets, fan a small 
amount of the media at a time and align the edges.

Fan a few amount at a time.

Align the edge by tapping the 

stack on a flat surface.
