•

The multi-purpose tray is not supported by 
the Voice Navigation mode. Please seek 
assistance if you want to make copies 
using the multi-purpose tray.

•

If the [Finishing] shortcut key is not 
displayed on the Copy Basic Features 
screen, you cannot select it using the 
control panel keys. In this case, display the 
Finishing shortcut key on the Copy Basic 
Features screen, or use a voice command.  
For information on how to display the 
shortcut key, see the instruction manuals 
that came with your machine.

Collating Copies into Sets in Page Order

Copies are automatically collated into sets 
arranged in page order. For example, if you 
copy a three page original, and specify to 
make three copy sets, three copy sets are 
output in page order from page 1 to page 3.
