Ninety (90) days after delivery to the original purchaser or 180,000
copies, whichever comes first.

No warranty is given on any consumables or consumable parts,
such as paper, chemicals, or toner.

GPR-4 Drum Unit Warranty
Full Credit:
60,000 copies or Thirty (30) days from the date of
original purchase, whichever comes first.
Prorated Credit:
2,000,000 or one year from the date of original
purchase, whichever comes first.
2. Warranty Administration Reduction Program (WARP)
Dealers who purchase an imageRUNNER 5570/6570 will receive
WARP credit during the month following their purchase. The credit
covers the dealer’s cost for defective parts with a dealer cost under
$300 replaced during the term of the end-user warranty. Defective
parts with a dealer cost over $300 replaced during the term of the end-
user warranty should be returned along with all applicable
documentation to Canon USA for processing.
To request parts reimbursement credit, complete the e-Tag warranty
claim form that can be found in the warranty section of the Canon
USA’s e-Support Center. Print out the e-Tag form and submit it to the
address provided, along with the defective part(s), and a copy of the
machine’s service history log.
