Click the icon of the printer installed in Step 1, then from the
File menu select Properties.

Perform the port settings.
Select the Advanced sheet.
Click the Add Port button. The Add Port dialog box opens.
Click the Other button.
Below “Click the type of port you want to add”, click “Canon
LPR Port”, then click the OK button.
In the Add LPR Port dialog box, enter the Host Name or the IP
Address into the Host Name or IP Address text box.
In the Printer Name text box, enter lp and click the OK button.
