Who Should Attend
It is required that any technician responsible for installing, servicing, or
supporting the imagePRESS C800/C700 machines successfully complete the
blended training course and pass the final assessment exam.
Note:
Our current support policy dictates that only those technicians who
have completed the training program and pass the final assessment exam are
entitled to live, phone-based support through our TSC (Technical Support
Center). However, self-service support (software downloads, knowledgebase
articles, support forums, technical publications) is available through our
for all technicians. (Refer to the Technical Support
section on the e-Support Center Web Site for entitlement details.)

Additional Accessory Training Courses
The courses below are designed to teach the theory and operation, which will
provide service technicians with the knowledge required for the setup and
servicing of the Two Knife Booklet Trimmer-A1 and the Professional
Puncher–B1 (either the online or classroom course).

Third Party Accessory Training
Third Party Accessory training courses provide the technician with the
knowledge required for installing, upgrading, servicing, and maintaining
supported Third Party Accessories.
Depending on the accessory the Third Party Accessory training courses are
available as either a blended course, classroom only course, or online only
training course. The courses give the student a strong foundation of general
knowledge, operational theory, troubleshooting, maintenance and practical
hands on exercises in preparation for supporting the product in various
customer environments.
