Getting Started with NAVI
(1)
Participate in Training
The NAVI e-Learning course is available on e-Support for those
technicians who have computer skills and use the SST. The NAVI e-
Learning course is interactive, and contains guided simulations that
show the technician how to use NAVI to service, maintain, and
troubleshoot
Canon
devices.
Technicians
taking
the
NAVI
e-Learning course will also learn how to make NAVI an integral part
of their tool kit.
After the successful completion of the NAVI e-Learning course,
technicians can begin to use NAVI as the tool to help them resolve
field issues in a timely manner.
