Exporting Images

Extracting Still Images from Movies (Windows XP Only) 

You can extract still images from movies and save them as image files.

Click [Export] in the Main Window.

Click [Extract frames from a movie].

Select the movie from which you wish to extract still images 
and click [Set extraction method].
