First attach the E xtender to the lens, then attach the lens to the camera . Detach it from the camera in the
re v erse order . If y ou attach the lens to the camera first, misoperation ma y occur .

If y ou use an E xtender on the lens mounted on a EOS A 2 /A 2 E/ 5, set the exposure compensation to -1 / 2
stop for the E F1 . 4 X II or -1 stop for the E F2 X II .
