2. Installation

1) Detach the main controller box cover [1].

- Screw [2] X 10pcs

2) Push the rock lever [1] to remove BOOT ROM

[2].

3) Insert the supplied BOOT ROM [1].

4) Attach the main controller box cover.
5) Plug the power cable of host machine into the

wall outlet.

6) Turn on the main power switch.

3. Checking the Multi-PDL Printer Kit-H1

1) Enter service mode ("

" -> "2"&"8" at the

same time -> "

").

2)Go to COPIER > DISPLAY > ACC-STS >

PDL-FNC1. Check the following displayed bit.
111x xxxx xxxx xxxx (0: OFF, 1: ON)
Between bit 31 and bit 16 are displayed on the
screen of PDL-FNC1.
Check if bit 31, bit 30 or bit 29 is "1"
respectively.
