During Exposure
Do not apply excessive weight to the sensor unit. Otherwise, the sensor may be damaged.
Limit of Load
Uniform load: 150 kg over the whole area
of sensor unit surface.
Local load: 100 kg on an area 40 mm in
diameter.
Be sure to use the sensor unit on a flat
place so it will not bend. Otherwise, the
sensor may be damaged.
