2-4. AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES
A variety of professional camera accessories are available using Φ 1 5 mm and Φ 19 mm rod
adaptors.
(When using a Φ 19 rod, attach the supplied attachment holder to the lens holder.)
CAUTION
Be sure to use the lens holder when mounting the lens on a camera. Be sure to avoid applying excessive weight
to the lens mount when the lens is mounted on a lens support..
NOTE
Attaching a fi lter
The CN 7 x 17 is a lens suitable for both broadcast and cinema applications.
A 1 2 7 mm fi lter can be attached to the hood.
When attaching a fi lter to the lens body, use the Canon CL/ 11 2mm clear fi lter (hereafter refered to as
the CL/ 11 2mm).
The CL/ 11 2mm can be used together with a 1 2 7 mm fi lter attached to the hood.
Using a commercially available 11 2 mm fi lter other than the CL/ 11 2mm could interfere with the hood,
making it impossible to mount the hood properly.
