STEP 1 (FIGURE 2):
Take off flange bolts from the bottom panel. Gradually release the bottom panel until the safety latch is holding the bottom panel from
swinging further down.
STEP 2 (FIGURE 3, 4 or 5):
Support the bottom panel, pull the safety latch away from the unit to release it from the catch bolt. Swing and lower down the bottom
panel until it’s in a stable position.
After installation/maintenance, swing up the bottom panel and engage the safety latch to the catch bolt at the back, then re-fasten the
flange bolts to attach the hinge base to the cabinet.

ACCESSING MOTOR & DRIVES
Caution: Clear/remove the objects below the blower before installation/maintenance.
Keep clear of the area directly below the blower. When swinging down the hinge base to
access the motor & drives, always support the bottom of the unit and gradually release the
base to the stable position. Unsupported swinging open might cause serious injuries.
Leave enough electrical wire length for swinging down or removing the bottom panel.
