For CS3W, CS3U, CS3Y, CS3K and CS6W series modules,
Canadian Solar offers several cable length options to
match various system configurations, which are shown
in table 2:
On below figures, bold lines represent cable installation
pathways, while + and - connector correspond to
positive and negative module terminals respectively.
Cables should always be fastened on module frames or
mounting rails, in order to avoid shading on module
rear side.
In case where a cable connection method not included
in below table is used, please confirm suitable cable
length with Canadian Solar’s sales representative.

Note: Adjacent modules in the same row need to be rotated 180 degrees for proper
installation.
Portrait installation one row:
CS3U/CS3K/CS3W Cable length per lead = 400 mm (+), 280 mm (-)
CS3Y/CS6W Cable length per lead = 410 mm (+), 290 mm (-)
