Troubleshooting
Canadian Spa Customer Service
In the unlikely event that a customer experiences an issue we provide multiple channels to contact us. A specific ticket number will then be assigned to the
customer/issue, which enables us to have all information in one place, from order status, any outstanding customer service issues to previous customer
history. Based on the issue we will ship the replacement part to the customer. This is followed up with a short email to confirm that the job was completed to
their satisfaction.
