GENERAL INDICATIONS
Do not operate the appliance without constant supervision.
Ensure that all the knobs of the appliance are in the closed position (off) before opening the
gas cylinder valve.
The knobs are in the off position when the reference mark imprinted on the knob coincides with
the circle imprinted on the appliance close to this knob.
Do not turn on any burner (by acting on the knob and related tap controlled by the latter), nor
keep it open without having approached an ignition source for the ignition
It is recommended to always use a piezometer ignition for ignition rather than normal matches.
All burners are equipped with a safety valve (thermocouple); in the event of accidental extin-
guishing of the flames of the burners, the gas flow is automatically interrupted at tap level that
controls the burner.
Every single knob controls a single burner of the appliance, that is, it controls the opening and
the turning off of the burner and the output adjustment of the supplied power. The knob is mounted
on a gas valve which in turn controls a burner.
Your appliance is equipped with one or more knobs depending on the model. To facilitate the
selection of the correct burner, on some models there are imprinted symbols on the appliance
close to each knob.
For every burner, the maximum and minimum off position are indicated by means of symbols
imprinted on the appliance. Any desired power between maximum and minimum can be obtained
by turning the knob so that the mark is between the two respective symbols imprinted on the
appliance.

TURNING ON PROCEDURE OF THE COOKING PLANE BURNERS
AND RELATED ADJUSTMENT
Choose the most suitable burner, that is, proportionate to the pot that it is desired to use, so that
the flames never stick out from the bottom of the pot.
Open the gas cylinder valve and approach a piezometer ignition to the chosen burner.
Turn on the burner and hold the knob pressed for at least 10-20 seconds in order to release the
thermocouple.
Release the knob.
If the burner turns off after having released the knob, turn the knob anticlockwise up to the mini-
mum position, that is, until the disc imprinted on the knob is at the disc imprinted on the appliance
close to the knob.
WARNING:
The pots must be well centred on the burners and must have the following dimen-
sions depending on the burner used:
“A” small burner:
pot ø from 100 to 140
SR large burners: pot from ø 120 to 200
