BRP LIMITED WARRANTY NORTH AMERICA:

1) SCOPE OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY
Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (“BRP”)* warrants its 2007 Can-Am ATV
from defects in material or workmanship for the period and under the conditions
described below.
All genuine Can-Am ATV parts and accessories, installed by an authorized Can-Am
dealer (as hereinafter defined) at the time of delivery of the 2007 Can-Am ATV,
carry the same warranty as that of the Can-Am ATV.
Use of the product for racing or any other competitive activity, at any point, even
by a previous owner, will render this warranty null and void.
2) WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD
This warranty will be in effect from the date of delivery to the first retail consumer
or the date the product is first put into use, whichever occurs first and for a period
of:
SIX (6) CONSECUTIVE MONTHS, for private use or commercial use owners.
The emission-related components included in the chart below, that are installed
on EPA certified Can-Am ATV’s (see list below) registered in the USA are covered
for thirty (30) consecutive months.
The EPA certified Can-Am ATV’s are those equipped with: 250 (DS-250) engine,
176 (Rally) engine or 90 (DS-90).
