3. • Retire la pinza roja positiva (+) de su
castillete (vea la fig. 2) presionando
los mangos y tirando hacia arriba.
• Conecte la pinza roja positiva (+) a la
terminal positiva (+) de la batería
para arrancar el vehículo.
4. • Retire la pinza negra negativa (-) (vea
la fig. 2) de su castillete.
• Conecte la pinza negra negativa (-) al
chasis o a una parte de metal sólida
fija del vehículo tan lejos de la batería
como sea posible. No adjunte la pinza
negra a la batería que quiere reforzar
ni a las líneas de combustible.
5. Arranque el vehículo. No gire la llave
por más de 3 a 5 minutos.
6. • Luego de que el vehículo arranque,
retire la pinza negra primero y vuelva
a colocarla en su castillete.
• Luego retire la pinza roja y vuelva a
colocarla en su castillete.
Si el motor no arranca, retire primero la
pinza negra y colóquela en su castillete,
luego retire la pinza roja y colóquela en
su castillete. Limpie las terminales de la
batería del vehículo. Vuelva a conectar las
pinzas como lo hizo en los pasos 3 y 4 e
intente arrancar el vehículo.
Si esto no funciona, retire la pinza negra
y luego la pinza roja. Es posible que el
problema no sea que la batería se haya
descargado.
Recargue el PowerPal 3 en 1 por completo
después de cada uso.
Instrucciones de la
fuente de energía de
12 voltios de CC
1. Retire la tapa del tomacorrientes de 12
voltios de CC de la unidad (vea la fig. 1).
2. Introduzca el enchufe de 12 voltios de
CC del aparato (teléfono celular, radio,
etc.) en el tomacorrientes de 12 voltios
de CC ubicado en la parte delantera de
la unidad (vea la fig. 1).

3. Encienda el interruptor principal (vea
la Figura 1).
4. Encienda el aparato y hágalo funcionar
normalmente.
No use el PowerPal 3 en 1 para hacer
funcionar aparatos que consuman más
de 15 amperes de CC.
NUNCA reemplace un fusible quemado
con un fusible de mayor clasificación.
Instrucciones del
inflador
Abra la tapa del compartimiento donde
se guarda la manguera de aire (vea la fig.
1) y saque la manguera de aire.
Para inflar neumáticos:
• Retire la tapa del vástago de la válvula
del neumático.
• Adjunte el adaptador universal de la
manguera de aire al vástago de la
válvula con la palanca posicionada
hacia arriba (vea la fig. 3). Asegúrese
de presionar completamente el
adaptador universal sobre las roscas
del vástago de la válvula. Cuando el
adaptador universal esté firmemente
en su lugar, presione la palanca de
trabado hacia abajo para fijarlo sobre
el vástago de la válvula.
Para inflar ruedas de bicicleta, artículos
deportivos, etc.:
• Calce cualquiera de los accesorios para
inflado que se incluyen en el
adaptador universal y presione la
palanca de bloqueo para trabarlo en
su lugar. El accesorio de inflado calzará
con seguridad.
• Introduzca el accesorio de inflado
adecuado dentro del objeto inflable
(neumático, pelota de fútbol, balsa,
etc.).
Para hacer funcionar el inflador:
1. Encienda el interruptor principal (vea
la Figura 1).
2. Coloque el interruptor del compresor
de encendido/apagado (on/off) en la
posición "on" (encendido) (vea la fig. 1).
Nota: El inflador puede usarse incluso
cuando la batería necesita carga.
Simplemente introduzca un extremo
del cable de 12 voltios de CC en el
tomacorrientes de 12 voltios de CC que
está en la parte delantera de la unidad
e introduzca el otro extremo dentro
de la salida de corriente del
encendedor de cigarrillos de su
vehículo.
3. Siempre use un manómetro separado
para verificar la presión real en
neumáticos y en objetos inflables de
baja presión. Sólo infle el objeto
hasta que esté firme No infle
excesivamente ningún objeto.
4. Apague el inflador.
Mantenimiento
• Mantenga la unidad en posición
vertical cuando la guarde, la use o la
cargue.
• Para evitar posibles daños que pueden
reducir la vida útil de la unidad,
protéjala de la luz solar directa, el calor
directo y/o la humedad.
• Esta unidad contiene una
batería de plomo-ácido
sellada y a prueba de
derrames que debe
eliminarse de manera
adecuada cuando la
unidad se deseche.

120 Volt AC Adapter
(Cont’d.)
• Do not charge the unit in wet or moist
locations. Severe electric shock and injury
could result.
• Do not stand on moist or wet surfaces when
handling the charging device.
To charge the unit using the 120 Volt
AC Adapter:
1. Turn off all switches on the unit.
2. Plug the AC adapter into a standard
120 Volt AC wall outlet.
3. Plug the other end of the AC
adapter into the charger outlet on
the PowerPal (see Fig. 1).
4. Charge for at least 14-16 hours.
5. Remove the 120 Volt AC Adapter
and store it in a safe place.
Charging
Instructions Using 12
Volt DC Cord
• Prior to first use, charge unit for a
full 24 hours using the 120 Volt AC
Adapter. Do not use the 12 Volt DC
Cord for this initial charge.
• Recharging the 3-in-1 PowerPal using
the 12 Volt DC Cord will not recharge
the unit as effectively as using the
120 Volt AC Adapter. The 12 Volt DC
Cord should be used only when
absolutely necessary, otherwise
battery life may be shortened.
• If the vehicle used for recharging via
the 12 Volt DC procedure is left
running, do not charge the unit for
more than one (1) hour. After
charging for one hour, unplug the 12
Volt DC Cord and wait one hour
before checking LED Battery
Level/Charge Indicator (see Fig. 1). If
unit is not fully charged, repeat
charging process.
• Do not recharge for more than 3
hours maximum using the 12 Volt DC
method.
To charge the unit using the 12 Volt DC
Cord:
1. Turn the Master Switch to ‘On’ (see
Fig. 1).
2. Insert one end of the 12 Volt DC
Cord into the 12 Volt DC Power
Outlet on the vehicle or boat.
3. Insert the plug on the other end of
the DC adapter into the 12 Volt DC
Power Outlet on the front of the
unit (see Fig. 1).
4. Charge for one (1) hour. Check
battery status for full charge
(Green/Yellow/Red LED – see Fig. 1).
Do not exceed 3 hours maximum
charging time.
5. Remove the 12 Volt DC Cord and
store it in a safe place.
Jump Starting
Instructions
Wear ANSI approved Z87.1
safety glasses when
working with or near lead
acid batteries.
Use only on vehicles with 12 Volt DC lead-
acid battery systems. Do not connect to a 6
or 24 Volt battery system or to a dry cell
battery.
Vehicles that have on-board computerized
systems may be damaged if vehicle battery
is jump-started. Before jump-starting, read
the vehicle’s owner’s manual to confirm
that external starting assistance is advised.
Do not attempt to use this unit as a
replacement for a vehicular battery.
Do not attempt to jump-start a frozen
battery.
Battery clamps are ALWAYS ‘ON’! Never
touch clamps to a metal conductor or to one
another. Dangerous sparks or explosion could
occur, resulting in death or serious injury.
Always store battery clamps in built-in
holsters when not in use.
1. • Turn off vehicle ignition and all
vehicle accessories (A/C, radio, lights,
cell phone, etc.)
• Make sure vehicle transmission is in
Park.
• Set emergency brake.
• Make sure area is well ventilated. If
battery to be charged is in a boat,

follow boat manufacturer’s
instructions for purging engine
compartment and bilge.
• Do not smoke, use matches or
cigarette lighter.
2. Place the 3-in-1 PowerPal on a flat,
stable surface near the battery to be
charged. Make sure to keep clamps,
cords, clothing and body parts away
from moving vehicle components.
3. • Remove the Red Positive (+) clamp
from its holster (see Fig. 2) by
squeezing the handles and pulling
straight up.
• Connect the Red Positive (+) clamp to
the positive (+) terminal of the
battery to be jump-started.
4. • Remove the Black Negative (-) clamp
(see Fig. 2) from its holster.
• Connect the Black Negative (-) clamp
to chassis or to a solid, non-moving
metal part of the vehicle as far away
from the battery as possible.
Do not
attach the black clamp to the battery
to be boosted or to fuel lines
.
5. Start vehicle. Do not turn key for
longer than 3-5 seconds.
6. • After vehicle starts, remove Black
clamp first and return it to its holster.
• Next remove Red clamp and return it
to its holster.
If engine does not start, remove the
Black clamp first and place it in its
holster, then remove the Red clamp and
place it in its holster. Clean the vehicle’s
battery terminals. Reconnect the clamps
as in steps 3 and 4 and try to start vehicle.
If this fails, remove the Black and then
the Red clamp. The problem may be
something other than a dead battery.
Recharge 3-in-1 PowerPal fully after each
use.
12 Volt DC Power
Source Instructions
1. Remove the cover on the unit’s 12 Volt
DC Power Outlet (see Fig. 1).
2. Insert the 12 Volt DC plug from the
appliance (cell phone, radio, etc.) into
the 12 Volt DC Power Outlet on the
front of the unit (see Fig.1).
3. Turn the Master Switch to ‘On’ (see Fig. 1).
4. Turn on the appliance and operate as
usual.
