NORMAL OPERATION
SWITCHING ON/SETTING APPARATUS TO STANDBY
Pressing the
key will switch the appliance on or put it in standby mode.
NOTE:
To turn the heater completely off, turn off the switch at the GPO.
CHANGING TEMPERATURE SETTINGS
Rotate the knurled button
to increase or decrease temperature in 0.5°C increments to meet
the desired comfort level.
SELECTING OPERATING MODE
Press the mode key
repeatedly to scroll through the Background, Eco, Frost Prevention and
Automatic modes.

When your appliance is controlled by a programmable timer through a control wire, the “Auto
Mode” can be used to receive signals to control all modes, including Standby.
“ENERGY SAVER" OPERATION (open window)
This function is used to detect a sudden drop (0.2°C per minute for 7 consecutive
minutes) in temperature caused by, for example, a window that has been left open. When this
incident is detected, heating is automatically shut down to prevent wastage.
Press the “Window” key to
activate or deactivate this function.
The
symbol will be visible on the display when this function is active.
CHILD-PROOF LOCK
This function is used to lock the 4 thermostat keys to prevent unwanted setting changes.
