Safety inputs should now be configured and the
gate force tested as required. Please refer to the
full manual to complete the commissioning.
Ensure the wiring is complete (refer to the wiring diagram) & any required physical stops are set before
commencing with programming

1. Power on the control panel.
2. Disable total stop – Permanent link wire between terminal

3. If no safety device has been connected to the
C1
terminal then disable the safety input

5. Set all other dip switches off.
6. Check the motor directions
Enable maintained action – Dip switch

Hold a wire between terminal

The gates should open, if not reverse the motor cables relating to the motor that is closing
for motor 2 (Connections X, Y)
for motor 1 (connections U, V)
Disable maintained action – Dip switch

off
7. Set the TRM2 potentiometer all the way to minus (Anticlockwise).
8. Adjust the TL potentiometer to the 4 O’clock position
9. Check the gate operation by pulsing across connections

, the gate will close.
