5. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Possible cause
Suggested solution
The jDome BikeAround
application does not
start.
The network or Wi-Fi
connection has been
lost, or the firewall
settings prevent data
communication.
Check to see that
your network cable is
properly connected
to the network wall
jack, or if you have a
wireless connection,
click on the icon to the
right in the taskbar
to display available
and connected Wi-Fi
connections.
No image is projected
on the dome screen.
The projector is not
turned on, the lens cap
has not been removed,
the connection between
the projector and the
computer has been lost,
or the projector’s power
cord is not properly
connected.
Make sure the projector
has been turned on
(note that it takes a little
while for the projector
to warm up before an
image is projected, after
you have switched it
on), that the lens cap
has been taken off, that
the HDMI connector and
power cord are properly
connected.
