Digital Electronic Ballast. This will void your warranty. - Do not place the CALITEK Digital Electronic Ballast in an
airtight environment. - Keep away from children. The device is not intended for use by children or persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless instructed or su-
pervised. Children must be supervised to avoid playing with the device. If the power cable is damaged, it must
be replaced only by the manufacturer, one of these agents or any other equivalent qualified to avoid any risk.

WARRANTY
CALITEK warrants that the mechanical and electronic components of its products are free from defects in
materials and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions for
a period of 2 years from the date
of original purchase
. If the product has defects during this period and the defect is not due to user error
or use by the importer, CALITEK, at its option, will replace or repair the product using the products. / new or
reconditioned parts suitable. In the event that CALITEK decides to replace the entire product, this limited war-
ranty applies to the replacement product for the remaining original warranty period. CALITEK will not be liable
for any damage caused by the operation of the unit, whether incident or any type, including, without limitation,
damage or injury to other products or machinery or buildings. Liability will also not be accepted for loss of time
or profit, loss of finished product or for any inconvenience caused in any way whatsoever.

CALITEK LIGHTING SYSTEMS ARE DESIGNED AND TESTED TO SUPPORT HPS AND MH ONLY.
DO NOT USE OTHER TYPES OF LAMP OR LAMPS OF DIFFERENT POWER, THEY MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO
YOUR BALLAST AND LAMP.
