No Sound

Sound from one   speaker only

Low sound level

Check if this system and the 

connected device are turned on

Turn up the volume of the system

 and the connected device

Check that the connected 

device is being played back.

Check both plugs of 3.5mm audio 

cable are firmly inserted into the

system and the connected device

Pair the system with

 the Bletooth device again

PAIRING

If connecting a personal computer by

 Bluetooth, make sure the audio 

output setting of PC is set for a 

Bluetooth device

If connecting a personal computer by 

Bluetooth, make sure the audio output 

setting of computer is set for a Bluetooth.

Distorted sound/

Humming or noise in the system output

Turn down the volume of the

connected device.

EQ  OFF

Turn off equalizer function if the 

connected device has such function

Keep the system away from a 

microwave oven,wireless lAN,ETC.

Remove any obstacle between

this system and the Bluetooth 

device. Bring the system and 

the device closer.

Keep the system away from a TV.

Change setting to A2DP 

by operating the Bluetooth

 device if HFP or HSP is set

If the connected device with

a builtin radio, broadcasts

maybe reduced. Put the system

far away from the device and

check if  the broadcasts listening

is satisfied. 

Charge the system by connecting

the AC adaptor if the Battery

Charge indicator flashes red
