Step 3

1. Attach:

two Guide Rod (#19) two 62*Φ58*Φ25.2*25 Weight bumper (#37)

five Weight plate 15LBS (#39) nine Weight plate 10LBS (#40)

five Weight Plate 5LBS (#41) one Top plate (#34)

to the Left frame (#1) using:

two M10*50 BHCS (#57) two Φ10 Spring washer (#61)

two Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat washer (#60)

Attach the Selector Pin W/Coil (#38) to the Top plate (#34).

Attach the Pulley bracket (#30) to the Top plate(#34).

2. Repeat this step to complete the right side.

Note:

Hand tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts until machine is fully assembled.
