Problem

What to do

iPhone/iPod/iPad

System does not 
turn on

Make sure AC/DC power adaptor is secure in the outlet and the outlet has power.

iPod/iPhone/iPad in 
place but unit won’t 
play

Make sure that your iPhone/iPod/iPad is working properly before docking into the unit.  
Please refer to your iPhone/iPod/iPad manual for details.

Make sure the volume is not set to the minimum level.

Pause mode is activated.

iPhone/iPod/iPad does 
not dock properly 
or does not install 
properly

Remove your iPhone/iPod/iPad from the dock and check for obstructions on the connectors  
in the dock and on your iPhone/iPod/iPad.

Radio

Poor FM reception

Make sure FM aerial cable is fully extended and adjusted for optimum reception.

Electrical interference in your home can cause poor reception, move the unit away from  
those areas (especially those near motors and transformers).

 Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning 
agents or solvents.

 Polish the product with soft cloth.

 Do not attempt to disassemble  
your product.

 Do not paint your product.

 Do not drop, throw or try to bend  
your product.

 Do not expose your product to open
