1.1 Warning
General Information on the assembly of this 16” bike
This 16” bike can be used by children aged at least 3.5 years if they are
properly supervised and the risks involved have been understood. Keep the
disassembled 16” bike out of the reach of children to avoid any risk of
suffocation on loose parts or plastic bags. This 16” bike must be assembled
by a competent adult, who has read the detailed assembly instructions,
before use by a child. This manual contains important instructions on the
assembly, safety, use and maintenance of your 16” bike. Before using the
16” bike, we recommend that you read these instructions carefully.
1.2 Weight limit
Maximum rider weight: 35 kgs
Minimum rider age: 3.5 years
2. Getting started
2.1 Let’s assemble your CAKE 16” bike
Okay, now that we have that out of the way, let’s start to assemble the bike.
As you may have noticed, this 16” bike comes partially assembled upon delivery.
No matter how many times you’ve done this before, please note that it is
essential to meticulously follow the assembly instructions in this manual.
In the box, you’ll find the bike frame assembled with wheels and seat, the
handlebar and a M5 Allen Key. The use and/or integration of accessories
not approved by the manufacturer is not permitted, as these may not be
compatible with the 16” bike and cause damage to it. Please note that the
addition of luggage racks, or other accessories that would un16” the 16”
bike are not recommended; such additions may cause the rider to fall and
cause serious injury. Basically, what we’re saying is this - have fun with the
bike as is, don’t try to turn it into a spaceship
