Track rides
When your bike is unlocked you can choose to track your ride using the record
button on the main page. This will save your ride data in your app.
Troubleshooting
If you experience a problem with your bike or detect an error code in your
display you can use the diagnostic section in your app, found in the bottom of
the home screen, to see detailed information of the reported error.
Bike movement, vehicle location/GPS
Your bike is equipped with satellite location tracking. The location is repor-
ted via cellular connection and forwarded to your app. The tracking unit has
a backup battery installed that will ensure location is collected and reported
even if you remove the main battery.
Keep in mind that this backup battery is limited and to ensure continued
operation of the tracking functionality please connect the main battery once a
week and keep it connected for at least an hour (for example during a ride).
NOTE: Satellite tracking requires a clear view of the sky and that the bike
cannot report an accurate location if it’s parked in an underground garage for
example. The app will always tell you when your location shown in the app
was collected.
Activate alarm
Your bike is equipped with a movement activated alarm. The bike is delivered
with the alarm functionality turned off and you can activate it in the app under
“Bike Settings”. Access bike settings by pressing the bike on the home screen.
Trigger alarm and play sound
You can use the “Trigger Alarm” functionality in the map view to manually trig-
ger the alarm on the bike - if you e.g. suspect your bike has been stolen.
Using the “Play sound” feature available in the map view you can use the
alarm buzzer to trigger a sound that e.g. lets you identify the bike in a crow-
ded parking area.
