3.) Power regulation:
The hobs are infinitely adjustable.
You can press the control handle and turn it to the left to adjust them.
• If you turn the control handle all the way, you have chosen the lower setting. The further
you turn the control handle to the right, the more power you get. You have set the hig-
hest performance when the marking of the control handle points to the symbol for the
high setting.

To turn off the burners,
turn the control handles fully
to the right to the position.
4.) Starting up the burners:
You can use the hobs in the usual way. Start cooking with the highest power and then turn
down the power.
Setting the cooker:
• Press in the appropriate control handle and bring it into the high setting. Ignite the gas
with a match or lighter.
• For the variant with ignition protection
: Hold down the control handle between 15-
20 seconds until the thermocouple on the side of the burners has enabled the auto-
matic gas supply. Then release the control handle and adjust the flame as needed.
• If the burner has not ignited within 5 seconds (variant without ignition protection - Mobi)
resp. 15-20 seconds (variant with ignition protection - Mobi
Z
), turn the control handles
fully to the right. Wait a few seconds before repeating the ignition.

After finishing cooking, switch off the control handle and close the cylinder valve.
•
Pay attention to easily inflammable materials in the area of the device. For example,
think about your clothes.
