Installation
Use two #8 screws to attach the fan base to surface. Connect the red marked wire to the 12
volt positive terminal (+) and connect the other wire to negative ground. If the fan blade turns
backwards, reverse the polarity to correct.
Operation
The blade must be clear of any obstructions that would cause the blade to jam. Adjust switch at
back of fan to select high or low speed.

Do not position fan close to any objects that may be drawn into blades and
stop the airflow.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not use on wet surfaces or immerse in water.
Never allow water to drip into motor housing.
Do not use if power supply cord becomes frayed or brittle.
Do not use gasoline, thinners or other harsh chemicals to clean fan.
Do not use near fireplaces, furnaces or high temperature heat.
Warranty
Limited 1-year warranty. Caframo warranty covers repair or replacement cost of fan only. Warranty
does not cover incidental or consequential damages or costs.
