Tyre Messages
SERVICE TIRE MONITOR
SYSTEM
This message displays if a part on
the Tyre Pressure Monitor System
(TPMS) is not working properly. The
tyre pressure light also flashes and
then remains on during the same
ignition cycle. See

comes on and stays on, there may
be a problem with the TPMS. See

TIRE LEARNING ACTIVE
This message displays when the
Tyre Pressure Monitor System
(TPMS) is re-learning the tyre
positions on the vehicle. The tyre
positions must be re-learned after
rotating the tyres or after replacing a
tyre or sensor. See

TYRE LOW ADD AIR TO TYRE
On vehicles with the Tyre Pressure
Monitor System (TPMS), this
message displays when the
pressure in one or more of the
vehicle's tyres is low. This message
also displays LEFT FRONT, RIGHT
FRONT, LEFT REAR, or RIGHT
REAR to indicate the location of the
low tyre.
The low tyre pressure warning light
will also come on. See

If a tyre pressure message appears
on the DIC, stop as soon as you
can. Inflate the tyres by adding air
until the tyre pressure is equal to the
values shown on the Tyre and
Loading Information label. See

If the vehicle does not have a spare
tyre, the message will display USE
INFLATOR KIT IN BOOT. Use the
inflator kit to inflate the tyres to the
correct pressure. See
