. User on the phone can press Memory Key 4 to pickup the calls to extension 311.
To configure a Group Call Pickup key:
1. Login the web GUI of IP phone.
2. Click on
Function Keys
->
Memory Key
.
3. Select
Group Pickup
in
Type
field to configure it as a group call pick key and enter group call park
code from your PBX system or ITSP in
Value
field.
For example, we wants to pickup the incoming calls to extension 311, the direct call park code in PBX
is *4.
4. Click
SaveSet
. User on the phone can press Memory Key 5 to pickup the calls to extensions in a
specified call pickup in PBX system..
