• For adequate protection, the helmet must be properly fitted and
fastened on the head. Adjust the strap to the correct length and tighten it to
hold the helmet firmly on your head.
• The helmet must be fastened correctly when used.
• Wear the helmet correctly to fully cover the head protection zone.
Do not wear the helmet over scarves or hats.
• A motorbike helmet is, in today’s technology, the best protection
available for the head against damage caused by a collision.
However, it cannot be the guarantee which rules out any possible injury.
• All helmets that have suffered a violent shock following a fall, an accident or
any other type of collision, even if the damage is not visible immediately, must
be replaced.
• Never leave the helmet near the muffler or unnecessarily exposed to heat
sources. In summer, protect it from direct sunlight during stops, but if possible
avoid storing it in the bike’s top box, especially if it is dark .
• Never modify and/or tamper with the helmet. Do not apply paint,
adhesives, glue, petrol, chemical solvents or other aggressive materials to this
helmet and its visor. If necessary, only consult specialists for painting and use
specific products.
• Always make sure that the visor is clean and functioning properly.
• Scratched or damaged visors are unsafe and should be replaced
• Visors labelled “day time use only” are not suitable to be used at night or in
low visibility conditions.
