1. With normal use, a UPS battery will last 2 to 3 years depending on the
number of discharges and operating/ambient temperatures.
2. Charge the UPS's battery every 3 months during extended storage.
3. Disconnect the power during extended storage to avoid overcharge of the
battery.
4. Avoid overload or short circuit even though the UPS has build-‐in overload and
short circuit protect function.
