We recommend Full Frame. 

Settings

You can access the Settings of your box via the 

icon on the main 

menu. Settings are divided into eight sections. Use your D-pad Left/Right to 
move between sections and D-pad Up/Down to select an item from the list 
within a section. Once you’ve selected a list item, use Left/Right or the OK 
button to change the setting.
