If you require any technical guidance or find that your product is not operating as intended, a simple solution can often be found in the
Troubleshooting
1.
Press and hold the
Menu
button to enter the menu options.
2.
Use the or button to highlight ‘
DRC
’ and press and release the
Select
button. The
current
DRC
setting will have a ‘ ’ to the right of the display.
3.
Use the or button to move through the 3 compression level options available
and press and release the
Select
button. Your DRC selection (Off, Low or High) will
now be displayed on the right hand side of the display, opposite DRC in the Menu list.
Press and release the
Menu
button to return to the station display.
FM Radio mode
If you are not already in FM mode, briefly press and release the
Mode
button to go to FM
mode (check the display). If you were listening to an FM station when you switched the
Radio off then this station will be automatically selected when you switch the Radio back
on.
Telescopic aerial
Please make sure that the aerial is fully extended before you attempt to tune to an FM
station. This will ensure that the maximum signal strength is available when the radio
begins to scan. Extending the aerial also ensures the best possible sound quality.
Tuning to an FM station
Press and hold the button to scan up the frequency band. Press and hold the button
to scan down the frequency band. Press and release the and buttons to fine tune
each frequency in 0.05MHz steps.
Note: If reception is still poor adjust the position of the aerial or try moving the radio to
another location.
