Inlet Filter
The inlet filter protects the machine against dust and other solids in the process gas. The inlet filter
is available with a paper or polyester cartridge.

Inlet Check Valve
In order to avoid reverse rotation after switching off, the machine can be equipped with an inlet
check valve.
The inlet check valve also prevents fast venting of the connected vacuum system.
The inlet check valve can also be equipped with a pressure sensor (please contact your local Busch
representative for further information).
