5.7 Privacy Set
4 „Privacy“ zones are available to mask certain areas in the surveillance area.

Privacy Set: Display:
Move the joystick left/right to select „ON“ to bring up the desired masking area tot he
screen centre. This masking area is displayed as a transparent blue square.
Default setting is OFF.
Privacy Set: Action (Move/Adjust)
In order to mask the desired area, press FOCUS FAR once MOVE MODE has
appeared. Move the joystick to this area. Press FOCUS FAR again to quit the MOVE
MODE.
To change the size of the masked area, go to ACTION and move the joystick
left/right. After MOVE MODE has changed to ADJUST MODE, press FOCUS FAR to
change the size of the area to be masked. Use the joystick to adjust the size of the
masking area upwards, downwards, left or right. Then press FOCUS FAR to quit the
ADJUST mode.
Adjust:
Move the joystick left/right to change the size of the masking area.
Move:
Move the joystick left/right to move the masking zone (default setting).
Privacy Set: Save:
Once the masked areas are set, these „Privacy“ zones are stored by highlighting
„SAVE“ and by moving the joystick right. After the saving is done, the cursor goes to
the next “Privacy” mask (no. 2).

Move the joystick right to exit this page.
