ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 5:
(A)
Be aware of any and all equipment that is located below rack before
installing. If drilling holes into the floor or bed of a vehicle, verify clearance of any gas
lines, gas tanks, exhaust parts, or anything that is located directly underneath the
mounting holes.
(B)
Once you verify that it is safe to drill through the mounting surface,
drill holes with a letter “x” (.397”) drill bit in six locations.
(C)
Place the rack over the
drilled holes and then place (6 sets) of 3/8 x 1-3/4” bolts and 3/8” flat washers into each
of the six holes.
(D)
From underneath the vehicle, securely tighten (6 sets) of 3/8” nuts,
3/8” lock washers, and 3/8” flat washers.
