Parcel damaged during delivery
If your product has a problem linked to the transport and that you have expressed some
reservations about the state of your product and not just the packaging and haven’t signed
the delivery slip, please send justifying photos and product invoice to [email protected]
under 72 working hours.
However, if you have accepted the parcel without checking the product inside and without
expressing reservations: we deny all responsibility in the matter.

Daily maintenance to be done each time you use your Basketball Basket:

Clean the panel with a soft, damp cloth.
•
Check that all screws are tight. The recommended tool for checking the stability of your
system is a Phillips screwdriver to tighten or change the screws.
•
Make sure the net is hooked to the hoop and not worn or punctured.
